When selecting a location for one of our watches we ask ourselves a number of simple questions.
- Do we know anything about this location? Have we visited the location? If not, can we speak with someone who lives there?
- What is it that makes this location unique?
- Does it have a name that makes sense for a watch? We want a name that rolls off the tongue and won’t offend anyone, regardless of their cultural background.
Our first watch, the Lonsdale ticked all the boxes. A breathtaking location that leaves a lasting impression on everyone who visits. The lighthouse provided us with several design elements that we could incorporate into the watch design, all coming together with a name that says strength and confidence.
